A zebra blind, also called a day and night blind, has two layers of fabric with alternating solid and sheer bands. Move the bands so the sheer stripes line up and soft daylight comes through. Move them again so the solid stripes line up and you have privacy.
It's one of the most popular blinds in Maltese homes and offices because it gives you more control than a plain roller, without the dusting of a venetian. We bring the samples to you, measure for free and fit them ourselves.
Open the bands for filtered daylight, close them for privacy, or roll the whole blind up.
In the daytime you can keep the room private and still bright, which is ideal for ground-floor windows and apartments facing the street.
The striped fabric looks smart in living rooms, offices, clinics and childcare centres.
Fabric bands instead of slats, so there's far less to clean.
Many Maltese apartments face the street or the neighbours across the road. A zebra blind lets you keep the room private during the day without closing out the light, and the solid bands take the edge off strong afternoon sun. For offices, it gives each person easy control over glare on their screen. Choose a darker band colour for more privacy, or a lighter one for a softer, brighter room.

Ask on WhatsAppA roller blind is one panel of fabric. A zebra blind has two layers with solid and sheer bands, so you can adjust the light and privacy without rolling it up.
No. With the solid bands lined up they give good privacy and reduce the light a lot, but for full darkness in a bedroom a blackout roller blind is the better choice.
Yes. They control glare on screens and whiteboards and are easy to look after. We fit them for offices, clinics, schools and childcare centres.
The price depends on the window sizes and the fabric. Measuring is free, and we beat any written quote for the same type of blind.
