What you need for a reliable price
A useful price starts with a specification. Compare an agreed size, blind type, fabric and fitting arrangement. A small ready-made blind and a large made-to-measure balcony opening are different purchases, so a single cost per window can hide the details that matter.
For a real figure, send approximate width and height, the number of windows, your preferred type and photographs. Tell the supplier whether the job is in Malta or Gozo and whether access is straightforward. Treat an estimate based on your own measurements as provisional until the fit is checked.
The details that change the cost
Size affects fabric use and can affect the tube, track or support required. A wide opening may need a different arrangement from a small window, rather than a simple multiplication of the price. The fabric collection, lining or coating also matters; compare fabric references, not just colour names.
Operating systems add another difference. Manual, cordless and motorised options are different specifications, and availability must be confirmed. A motorised quotation should state the power arrangement, controls and any electrical work. Choose the least expensive option that meets the room’s requirements and your service expectations.
